Event Information
Setup is 9:15am-11am. Please do not unload earlier. We need time to post maps and a few minutes to get started.
Teardown is 4pm sharp. Please do not teardown any earlier. We must be out of the venue by 4:45pm.
Tell Me about Busy Bee Buzzar
Busy Bee Buzzar - Autumn Festival is our second event. Our first event was held in Layton in April 2024.
This event venue is larger and will hold more vendors allowing for an affordable event and higher traffic.
How will you advertise?
We plan on advertising via:
- Social media groups
- Paid ads
- Billboards
- Local signage and flyers
- Sponsorship of gift certificates and giveaways
- Promoting children's activities to encourage families
Vendor Information
What booth types are you accepting?
We are going to accept 2-3 vendors of the same type depending on their offerings.
Will you accept food trucks?
Food trucks require a separate contract, insurance and 10% commissions to the sports park. Please contact us to inquire further.
Will you accept drink vendors?
Drink vendors require a separate contract, insurance and 10% commissions to the sports park. Please contact us to inquire further.
Will you allow prepared food?
Yes, however, you are responsible to post applicable signage to comply with cottage license or HB181.
What booth sizes will you allow?
4x6 or 8x8. Please contact us for larger sizes
